The Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator is delighted to announce a relationship with the AgeTech Collaborative™ from AARP.

This relationship is designed to further stimulate innovation of products and services for the 50+ plus market and the family caregivers who support their aging loved ones.

Techstars Future of Longevity portfolio companies will have the opportunity to join the AgeTech Collaborative™ from AARP where they will have access to a growing consortium of players in the AgeTech space, access to valuable programming, proprietary consumer research and testbeds, and expert guidance.

“The AgeTech Collaborative™ from AARP provides the perfect platform to double down on our focus on supporting companies that address the unmet needs of older adults and unpaid family caregivers,” says Keith Camhi, Managing Director for the Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator.

“We are always looking for impressive, early stage companies addressing challenging problems in inspirational and novel ways to join that platform we’re building, consolidating all things AgeTech in one place, and are thrilled to have the opportunity to welcome some of the terrific startups from Techstars,” said Rick Robinson, VP & GM of the AgeTech Collaborative™.

The Techstars Future of Longevity Accelerator is run in partnership with Pivotal Ventures, a Melinda French Gates company that accelerates social progress in the United States. Pivotal Ventures recently joined the AgeTech Collaborative™, joining AARP’s growing ecosystem of innovative AgeTech startups, enlightened enterprises, forward-thinking investors, and creative testbeds. The next Techstars Future of Longevity accelerator will run from January to April 2023 and the companies in the Class of 2023 will be announced on January 17. These companies are innovating in one or more of the following categories: caregiver support, financial wellness & resilience, preventive health (both physical and cognitive), care coordination, aging in place, and social engagement.
