MINNEAPOLIS (September 9th, 2024) — We’re thrilled to introduce the 12 remarkable companies comprising the 2024 Future of Food class. This is Techstars' seventh year collaborating with Ecolab on this program, and we're looking forward to seeing how this year's class will innovate in the food industry.

Our 2024 class of founders is tackling challenges at the intersection of food and technology, driving innovation across a broad spectrum—from restaurant and retail technology to food production, robotics, and water technology. These visionary entrepreneurs are converging on the Twin Cities from around the globe, including countries like Bolivia, Estonia, the United Kingdom, and even a local company from Minnesota. Together, they are dedicated to solving the pressing pain points we all face in the global food value chain.

Since the first Farm to Fork formally launched in 2018, 76 companies have received world-class mentorship from the Techstars team and industry leaders in the food tech space; and more than 95% of the Farm to Fork portfolio is active or has been acquired. We can’t wait to see where this class goes!
