Starting with the Fall 2025 class, Techstars is increasing its investment to $220,000 for every company accepted into the program.

Founders also get the full experience: our proven three-month accelerator, access to world-class mentors, partner perks, and lifetime entry into the Techstars network of peer founders and investors. In exchange, Techstars receives 6-8% equity on a fully diluted basis, mostly in common stock. 

Why the change? Because the new deal is better for founders. By providing more capital we provide founders more time to hit their stride. This new investment structure is designed to extend the runway and boost momentum heading into the post-program raise. It’s a better deal, period.
