Techstars is delighted to announce the inaugural class for the Techstars Allied Space Accelerator, a virtual accelerator program in partnership with the U.S. Air Force, the Netherlands Ministry of Defence, the Norwegian Ministry of Defence, and the Norwegian Space Agency.
The virtual program focuses on the next generation of space technologies, with 10 companies in the commercial space industry to include geospatial analytics, satellite servicing, space situational awareness, resilient communications, AI in space, and others.
The founding teams will build strong relationships with the U.S. and allied partners and leverage a mentor network of industry experts and investors. Each startup will grow commercially and take advantage of opportunities to accelerate their commercial space products to the government and defense market.
By the end of the program — culminating in Demo Day on September 16, 2020 — the companies will have formed powerful relationships, achieved significant milestones toward growth, and mastered the art of communicating the vision.
Selecting the 2020 class of the Techstars Allied Space Accelerator has been extremely competitive with the final class representing teams from the U.S., United Kingdom, Norway, Germany, and the Netherlands. Now, we proudly present the Techstars Allied Space class of 2020:
