CHICAGO – March 10, 2025 – The Northwestern Medicine and Techstars Healthcare Accelerator is thrilled to announce the startups selected for its inaugural class. The program is designed to provide healthcare startups with resources, mentorship, and network to scale across the healthcare industry.

“It’s hard to overstate just how competitive the selection process was this year,” said Brad Schnitzer, Managing Director of the Accelerator, Techstars. “The talent and passion of these founders are exceptional, and we’re excited to help them over the next 13-weeks. We’ve also been incredibly impressed with the Northwestern Medicine team, who have been so accessible and deeply committed to ensuring the success of this program. Northwestern’s support is invaluable, and we’re thrilled to be collaborating with such a hands-on health system.”

These early-stage companies are tackling some of the most critical challenges in healthcare today. The three-month, mentorship-driven program will take place at Northwestern Medicine’s Mansueto Innovation Institute, right in the heart of Chicago’s dynamic healthcare ecosystem.

“We are excited to support this well-deserving inaugural class as they build the next wave of health care innovation,” said Doug King, chief information officer, Northwestern Medicine. “Over the next few months, we will have the opportunity to engage, converse and explore the latest in innovation and technology and the potential long-term impact it may have on the health care ecosystem.”
